What QuotePilot Does

QuotePilot sends automated follow-up messages (SMS and email) on behalf of your business to clients who have received quotes from you. You BCC your unique QuotePilot email address when sending quotes, and we handle the follow-up sequence. You control the message content, timing, and which quotes get follow-ups.

Your Account

You need an account to use QuotePilot. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account represents one business. You must be authorized to send messages on behalf of the business you register.

Messaging

QuotePilot sends SMS and email messages to your clients on your behalf. You are responsible for:

We don't send unsolicited marketing to people you don't have a relationship with. Messages go to clients who have already received a quote from your business.

Inbound Email

When you BCC your QuotePilot address on a quote email, we receive and parse that email to extract quote details and your client's contact information. We only use this data to run your follow-up sequences. You can delete any quote and its associated data at any time.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

What We're Not Responsible For

QuotePilot is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we can't guarantee:

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, send spam, or violate these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
