How does QuotePilot work?

The fastest way is to BCC your unique QuotePilot address when you email a quote - we read the email, pull out the client details and quote info, and start follow-ups automatically. You can also add quotes directly from your dashboard if you prefer. Either way, we send a timed series of texts and emails on your behalf. The sequence stops automatically when the quote is approved, archived, or the client opts out.

What does it cost?

QuotePilot will be $49 CAD/month once we launch. Right now we're in beta and it's completely free to use while we dial things in. No credit card required. You'll get plenty of notice before billing starts.

Does it work with my quoting software?

Yes. QuotePilot works with any tool you use to send quotes - Jobber, Housecall Pro, a spreadsheet, or just typing it into Gmail. BCC one address and you're done. Don't send quotes by email? No problem - you can add them straight from your QuotePilot dashboard. There's nothing to connect or integrate.

Will it annoy my clients?

The sequence is four messages spread over one to two weeks - roughly one every few days. Every message uses your business name and sounds like something you'd send yourself. If a client texts back, you'll see it right away in QuotePilot and can reply from there - it's a real conversation, not a robot. Clients can reply STOP to any text or click unsubscribe in any email, and the sequence stops immediately. If a quote gets approved or you archive it, follow-ups stop on their own.

What if QuotePilot gets the quote details wrong?

If we can't parse something clearly from your email - like the amount or service type - we'll send you a quick review email with a link to check and edit before any follow-ups go out. Nothing gets sent to your client until the details are right.

Is this available in Canada?

QuotePilot is built for Canadian contractors. We're fully CASL-compliant - every message identifies your business and includes an easy opt-out. SMS is handled through Canadian-friendly carriers.
