QuotePilot is operated by QuotePilot ("we", "us"). We help contractors follow up on unanswered quotes automatically via SMS and email.
Account information: your name, email address, company name, and password hash when you register.
Quote data from inbound emails: when you BCC your QuotePilot address, we parse the email to extract client name, email, quote amount, and description. This is the minimum needed to send follow-ups.
Usage data: basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. We use PostHog for this.
Payment information: handled entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your credit card number.
We don't sell your data. We don't sell your clients' data. Full stop.
We use these services to run QuotePilot:
Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data each service needs to do its job.
We treat your clients' contact information (phone numbers, emails) as sensitive. It is only used to deliver follow-up messages you've configured. We don't contact your clients for our own purposes, ever.
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days before being cycled out.
